Editor User issue – not saving videos to posts

    Anyone have any experience with the editor role giving problems.
    (Not using any role related plugins)
    We have a number of folks using the “Editor” user role. An issue started out of the blue with no error messages or user warnings where if the Editor includes a video as part of the post and saves or updates that post – when they return the video is just not there? If the Admin goes in and does it – no problems.
    Author and admin roles not having the same issue.
    Any help will be much appreciated.
