Editors (Visual and Text) Non-functional

  I am able to enter a title for a new entry, but I cannot begin typing in the editing box for either the Visual or Text editors.

  The “kitchen sink” and all of the editing tools are missing.
  My only options are to add a poll, add media or add a contact form.

  I am beyond unhappy. Is there an explanation for this, or is the issue being addressed?

  I am using updated Firefox with no add-ons. I have cleared my cache and cookies, etc.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Same problem here on both Chrome and IE. Cleared cache, rebooted. Have done everything I can think of.

  We are currently experiencing an issue with the visual editor and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  Ah! Thanks so much for the response.

  And let me add that the text editor page is appearing for me now, although the poll, media and contact form buttons still are arrayed across the top. I’ve tried other browsers also, and find the problem with the visual editor on IE, Chrome & Firefox.

  I believe I’ll go have supper while I wait. Thanks again!

  Please try clearing your browser cache, and let me know if you are still experiencing difficulties afterwards.
