Edits Appear on Page Wrong

    The edits I make NEVER appear properly on the website. For example, I might want a title such as “My Speech to the City Counsel” in bold and centered, but when I send the title to a page on my website, it might end up on the left (not centered) and in italics (not bold). I never know how the edit will appear on my website. How do I fix this? Thank you very much.
