Edits getting lost

Hi

I was drafting a post this morning and it seemed to keep reverting to earlier versions – for example, the three pictures I inserted all disappeared from the post (although they were still in my gallery), various small edits kept undoing themselves, all the links I had put in disappeared, and then the title (which was the very first thing I typed) vanished. It seemed to happen as I moved between full screen editing and preview.
I’ve never had a problem like this before. Anyone else suffering anything similar? Any suggestions as to what may have caused it?

What are you using to compose the post? The Visual editor, HTML editor, or an app?

Thanks for the reply. It seems (I hope) to have been a one-off. I’ve had no problems since. But just in case there is a glitch in there somewhere, I was working in the visual editor in full screen mode. The problems seemed to occur when I saved and quit full screen, to be able to preview. The draft post would look fine in preview, but when I went back into edit some more, all these little things kept getting lost.

Can you tell us what browser (and version of) you were using?

I was on Firefox 4.0.1 – just upgraded now to Firefox 5.

Yeah, that shouldn’t have been a problem. :(

This happens to me ALL THE TIME! Especially with paragraphs. I hit enter to insert a paragraph break and when I save the draft, those breaks disappear.
