Editting shortlinks

    How to edit the shortlink so that the post slug is on the end?
    I changed the permalink, but it had no effect on the shortlink.
    I’m currently using the Baskerville 2 theme.
    What I want:: instead of ‘https://wp.me/pba7A4-31’ the shortlink would say:: ‘https://wp.me/pba7A4-btswreview’

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
