  I paid annual and started my domain already. But i forgot to verify domain email. So I lost the access and it says my email does not exist. On my credit card, I saw the amount has been processed. Can you please help me?

  https://cocogamez.com/ my 11 year old son is using this for a project in his class. He made some progresss on his website, do not want to loose the content and work.

  Hello there,

  It looks like you would need to recover the underlining WordPress account.

  If you’ve been charged, you should be able to locate a transaction ID.

  This can be used with the account recovery here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  I tried to put transaction id and key. But it does not allow when i submit. I do not know if I sm putting some info wrong. I can send screenshots if needed.
