I want to create a website for teachers, but the domain name should not include wordpress. I have understood that the creation of a website related to such education is also free. How to do it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi ahotoir, like everybody else with a free hosted WordPress.com blog you will have to pay annually for a No-Ads upgrade to remove advertising.
Learn more about the No-Ads upgrade here.
You can use a custom domain name on WordPress after purchasing one here or elsewhere after upgrading to a WordPress plan.
Learn more about domains here.
As @timethief explains in this thread, you can also create a blog using Edublog which lets you easily create & manage student & teacher blogs – for free. It runs on WordPress software.
Hope this helps.

Hi there, hope you don’t mind me adding something here.
While WordPressdotcom does not have education discounts, you can use your free site for free, forever.
Concerning additional features, like No Ads and a custom domain name, those are part of every upgrade plan, including the Personal plan. However, those features cannot be purchased separately. Here’s a comparison chart of the features available with each plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/
As @theakshaydhiman mentioned, Edublogs could be an option for you. There are also some web hosting providers which provide a discount to educational institutions if you are registered as a non-profit. If this is interesting for you, try first with a local to you web hosting provider.
Hope that helps somewhat.
