My blog is fine with the exception of the type size on my Recent Posts. At first I thought I had set my Google Chrome settings down a notch, but nope. Got an ideas? I might have to dig out my reading glasses.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m using Firefox 8 and what I see is not what you describe. I see a blog wearing Vigilance with the expected font size I am accustomed to seeing. Browsers these days have very aggressive caching behavior and we need to clear our browser caches and cookies frequently. Have you done that?

Will try. The last problem I had required me to do the same with Chrome. Grrr.

You can use Firefox and like I do and not experience any of these problems that get posted here every day. ;)

I cleared the cache and cookies, refreshed the site and still teeny, about 8pt or less. I printed screen and will send you jpg if you let email me with a reply option.

PS: I don’t like anything about Firefox. I’m a Chrome gal through and through.

I resolved it by deleting the widget and reinstalling it. Go figure.

We Volunteers don’t provide support by email. That would defeat the purpose of having a peer support forum where we rely heavily on searching and helping each other.

If the font in your Google Chrome is too small, please try one of three things:

The function to remember your zoom preference on a per-site basis is now available in the latest stable version of Google Chrome. This means that if you press Ctrl + on a particular site until you see font increase to your size preference, Chrome will remember your zoom preference for that website (webpages on that domain). To check whether you’re on the latest version of Google Chrome, go to Tools > About Google Chrome.

I’m so happy to hear that but widget? Which widget (head spinning) :S

Just a suggestion given you put a lot of large images into your posts: Go to settings > reading and set your site to show about 3 posts per page. I’m at 3 minutes on my wireless internet connection and it still hasn’t loaded.

Also, go to settings > writing and click “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and save. I’m seeing a few HTML errors being reported in a validation report that could cause this sort of thing. With this change to the settings, it should keep any errant errors from popping up and causing you problems.
