Were you also looking to repurchase the business plan also? The reason why I ask is because the domain could be restored free of charge with that plan.

It’s not impossible, but you do need to pay for the domain as the free domain is only free with the purchase of a yearly plan.
Additionally, if you want to use that domain as your primary domain here instead of the free ehlcellcliniccom.wordpress.com domain, you do need to purchase a plan. It can be any paid plan – not just the Business plan. You can review what each plan offers at that link and choose the one that best serves your needs. The free domain credit can be used in that case.
Otherwise, we can send an invoice for $18 and restore the domain.
