Eighties theme header problem

  Hello,
  I am using the eighties theme for my WordPress.com website. I am having a problem where the header image will cut off the top couple lines of my page. When I refresh the header image will resize so it is not as tall and I can then see everything. This is happening on all of my pages. Anyway to fix this?
