    I can not add plugin because there is no new plugin button I need help

    There is no FTP access to wordpress.com hosted sites and no blogger installed plugin capability. They exist only on wordpress.ORG sites.

    WordPress.com tarafından barındırılan sitelere FTP erişimi yoktur ve blogcu tarafından kurulu eklenti özelliği yoktur. Onlar sadece wordpress.ORG sitelerinde var.
