  Hi, I’d like to add a widget for my Elance profile. I have a code, just not sure how to add it. Thanks!

  Because we disable the embed code from many third-party sites, you will not be able to embed the Elance code directly into your blog, but you can link to your account/profile.

  I added that to my profile but not sure if it worked. I appreciate the response though.

  You will be able to add a link in a text widget:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/

  Once you’ve done that, it will appear in your sidebar as well.
