  How can I add an Elance Widget to my WordPress site? I have the code.

  Direct embeds of flash are not allowed here for security reasons, but for most you can use the gigya shortcode. I’ve not tried the below, but give it a try in a text widget and see what happens. You might have to adjust the width since few themes here have a 300px wide sidebar.
