Elavon not working

I purchased the Elavon plugin, have everything figured out with Elavon Converge, but when trying to make a purchase using the Elavon credit card option, I get the error ‘XML could not be parsed’ and the transaction does not go through.
Here’s what I’ve tried to fix the issue:
1. Called Elavon support, they confirmed everything is fine on their end and the issue is not my Elavon account.
2. Triple checked all keys and information is settings of Elavon woocommerce plugin. They match with my actual Elavon keys.
3. Tested in both testing mode & live mode with a credit card I know works.Can anyone help me resolve the issue?

You did not provide the URL of the site in question and I strongly suspect it may not be hosted by WordPress.COM.
Blogger installed plugins cannot be used on WordPress.COM hosted sites unless you have a Business Plan http://wordpress.com/plans/
