elegantthemes.com Installation Problem

I purchased a theme from http://www.elegantthemes.com. I went to install the theme in the WP-Admin page, however both the written instructions and instructional video at Elegant Themes shows the old version of the WP-Admin page, where there used to be an “install theme button.”
This new version of WP looks nothing like the one showed in the instructional video, and the “install a theme” button is nowhere to be found.
Has anyone else had this issue? Please help.

First extract the theme file then you will get a folder in that you will find out another Zip file.
Upload the Zip file : In the Dashboard->Appearence->Themes->Install themes->Upload -
