  Hello,

  I’m building my website using Elementor but I have an issue when I open up the page from wordpress, it says : ‘Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.’

  Can you help me out?

  Hi there – I checked your account here at WordPress.com and see you don’t have any sites. Based on what you describe there, there’s a strong likelihood that the site you need help with is using WordPress software, but is hosted somewhere else.

  If that’s the case, you’ll need to do two things.

  1. Reach out to Elementor’s support team to get help with that specific area: https://elementor.com/support/

  2. Fort this, and most other questions you need help with for your WordPress site hosted elsewhere, reach out to the community over at the WordPress.org forums for help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
