  I am getting the enable safe mode button to start managing my site. I click on it and it still isn’t working. I am using a web designer because none of this makes sense to me. I haven’t been able to do anything yet. Help Please! I don’t know what I’m doing. The tutorial seemed easy enough but I can’t even get it to that point.

  It sounds like your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open-source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
