  Hi! If you need to give your developer access to help manage the site, we can suggest inviting them to have access by following our User Management guide.

  When you invite them as in our guide, they will receive an email containing a link they can click to accept the invitation. If they do not already have a free WordPress.com account, it wil allow them to create one so that they are added to your site and given access.
