I don’t understand why I can’t download Astra or Elemntor. I have the basic plan. Tyler, in his turiols recommends both these and doesnt say you have to upgrade to business. So why can’t I do this? Am I missing something?

To explain there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com – which is a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
The other is self-hosted WordPress, whereby the software is downloaded from WordPress.org and installed onto a hosting provider. There’s more on the differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
YouTubers often recommend Astra and Elementor because they’re free to download from WordPress.org, but you would need to source hosting in some kind of capacity, and the above information is often omitted and can cause confusion.

What are you looking to build exactly? The reason why I ask is because, depending on the project, you may not need Elementor or Astra, and could probably build something more cost affordably.
