Elementor Form doesn’t send e-mail after submission

    Hello !
    I have a problem with my form.

    It works (I have the submission in the Elementor settings) but I would like to receive an email each time someone submit. Like that I would have de notification.

    I think that I have correctly set the settings (see screenshots below). I don’t see the problem…

    Do you know what could be behind this “bug”?

    Do I miss something ?

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the form. I’ll be happy to assist. However, the Elementor plugin is developed by a different company, so we’re not the best people to troubleshoot issues. Would you mind creating a test page and inserting a contact form using the Form block? The instructions are here for you to follow:

    After publishing the test page with the form, write a long message in the form, and submit it. See if you receive the email notification after the form is submitted. This will help us understand if there’s a technical issue that we can dig into further.

    If you receive the message from the Form block but not from the Elementor form, you may need to contact Elementor support for help with this. If you don’t receive the message from the Form block either, please let us know and share the link to the page with the form block so that we can test it.

    So I think it is a problem with Elementor. I will check with them for a solution.
