Elementor gallery widget vanished

  Hi everyone,

  We’re experiencing an issue with the gallery widget on our site. We are using Elementor, the Astra theme, and the Jetpack plugin. Initially (about half a year ago), everything worked perfectly. However, over time, the gallery widget gradually stopped appearing. At first, it was visible in the editing mode and sometimes even in the published posts on certain computers. Now, the gallery widget is not visible in either editing mode or in the published post at all.

  Here’s what we have tried so far:

  • Clearing the cache in both the browser and the website through server settings — this did not resolve the issue.
  • Updating all plugins and disabling some that could not be updated due to errors — no change.
  • Double-checking the gallery settings and website configurations — still no solution.

  Despite these efforts, I haven’t been able to find an answer to this problem. I should note that I’m not an IT specialist, so any explanations should be clear and straightforward, as I have limited experience and knowledge about website development.
