Elementor header menu question

I’m running Elementor Oceanwp theme. When I go to customize, header, menu I can adjust the left/right padding. I can do this and make it look good on my home page. It also adjusts on my contact page, so everything matches, however, when I click my other pages (about, service, exc…) the padding isn’t the same. This causes my menu bar to not look professional. How can I change the padding to look the same on all pages? Help. Can’t figure this out. The page is texasbesthvac.net.

It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
