Elementor not editing my section template

  I have deactivated all plugins but still unable to edit. Need to ask for help as im not sure how to resolve this current issue im having.

  just to add, I have disabled every plugin and now loaded the hello elementor theme and still cannot edit… however in safe mode all works fine.
  I have cleared cache tried incognito and still no means to edit my template unless in safe mode. Again i say i have zero active plugins to conflict and theme set to default hello elementor. I am desperate for how to fix this issue please.
