Elementor not working

I am attempting to edit a published page in Elementor, but the editor does not appear on the page when I enter into it. I tried converting it back to a draft, but then the page disappeared and was replaced by a search field. Publishing the page restores it to its former state. I have also tried disabling all of my plugins, including Elementor, then re-enabling it with everything else still de-activated. Why is this issue occurring?

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
