Elementor Not Working

  I installed a child theme of Astra, and now when I go to stylize a page using Elementor, the sidebar with elements is whited out.

  I don’t see what you’re describing at the site you listed.

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  The URL is vmdigitaldesigns.com. The problem I seem to be experiencing is in my dashboard.

  We can’t help directly because we don’t host vmdigitaldesigns.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. In this case, we do not offer Elementor on WordPress.com, which is my clue that you might be hosted elsewhere. It’s possible to use Elementor (or any plugin) on WordPress.com but to do that you need our Business Plan, and I can confirm I do not see that you have upgraded on WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  The good news though is that help is available directly through Elementor, the makers of your plugin. They are in the best position to help you as they have the most experience with Elementor issues.
