Elementor Pro just broke my site

    Hey Everyone,

    I just installed Elementor Pro to my site and it broke it completely. I can’t view the live site, the dashboard or anything. I reached out to them, but I have no idea whether or not I’ll hear back. This is super urgent because I paid thousands for Trademarks that are going to be taken away from me if I can’t update my site.

    These are the errors they sent me in an email:

    I would just go in and delete the Elementor Pro plugin, but I can’t access the WP dashboard because of this. Any suggestions? I really appreciate it.

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
