  i have an elementor proplem, it says :the preview could not be loaded. please fix it

  What is your site URL? Based on what you are describing, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open-source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please contact support for the Elementor plugin directly for help with this, as it appears you’re using them for your site’s design.
