  Hello,
  I am trying to create a website using Elementor but when I try to download the theme it just keeps loading and will not install. The plugins install but the website won’t. How do I fix this?

  Can you please share URL of the WordPress.com website you are facing this issue with?

  Please note that only sites with the Business Plan can upload custom plugins.

  Hi there, the WordPressdotcom Business plan upgrade includes the ability to install plugins, but it does not include the cost of those plugins, if any. We also have a list of incompatible plugins here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incompatible-plugins/
