Elementor to Elementor pro / FTP access

    Hey there,
    I recently purchased elementor pro and have been trying to upload the file to my plugins. I continue to receive an error message because I already have elementor installed, so I went about uninstalling elementor, to hopefully be able to reinstall this new file. With elementor uninstalled, WordPress is continuing to tell me that I can’t install the pro version because the previous elementor is still there.
    With that being said, I was hoping to access the FTP to remove elementor that way, but I seem to have deleted my welcome email from WordPress containing the access info.
    Any suggestions for how I could go about either accessing the FTP or installing the pro elementor would be greatly appreciated.
