Elements disappeared after Elementor plugin installation

    I have a WordPress.com site where everything was working fine. After installing the Elementor plugin (via the own WordPress plugin search page, from the Administration panel), I have lost lots of things of my site, as some widgets, settings, favicon… Even disabling the plugin (still installed but disabled), nothing was restored.

    In the Elementor official site talks about this possibility, but the don’t provide too much info:

    I’m using official WordPress theme called Sela

    Any idea about what is going wrong and how to solve?

    Hi there,

    All the sites on your account are on the Free plan and therefore it’s impossible to install any plugin. Only the Business plan allows the installation of plugins.

    Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can have a look and determine if it’s hosted by us?
