It seems like what you did there was to create a page titled “Health”. The page title will always display at the top of the page, just like the post title always displays at the top of the post. You might be able to change that with CSS, but you need a paid upgrade for that.
Am I right in thinking that you want all posts under the category Health to appear under a tab in your menu? In that case you’ll want to set up a custom menu. Go to Appearance ->Menus in your dashboard. There you will have the option to add a specific category to the menu (http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/). The end result will depend on your theme but for me it looks like this:

Create the page like normal, with the title and publish it. You must do this step first so your page will have an address.
Next you delete the title from the page in the page editor and update. However, that will also remove the link from the default menu.
If you then add the page to a custom menu you can add a navigation label which will appear in the menu. http://snag.gy/yIJwf.jpg When you go the the custom menu the page tab will probably be blank as you’ve deleted the page title, but once you’ve updated the navigation label that should appear on the page tab, as you can see in the image.
On the blog itself it should then look like this: http://snag.gy/xy7OX.jpg
Keep in mind that deleting the page title in this way could cause the page to not show up in search engines, but if it’s really what you want, this is how you could do it without CSS.
