eliminate 'header' in pages

  eliminate header in ‘pages’
  I would like to know if either some themes allow me to remove the ‘header’ on pages and if the upgrade with CSS would allow me to do the same with any or all themes.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  OK–I bought the upgrade.
  How do find the ‘opening body tag on individual pages’, so that I can get rid of the header.

  Also–how the heck do I get to the style sheets in order to make changes?
