eliminate the Fontfolio white box menu option hover?

i am trying to get rid of the white box that appears on top of a menu option when you hover over it with your mouse.
i inspected the element with firebug etc & tried getting at it by playing around with this
.menu-container
but no luck
any helpful ideas would be most appreciated!

That is a top border set on the menu link hover which we can eliminate with the following.
.main-navigation li:hover > a { border-top: none; } -

sorry, but i had to unresolve this question.
it works great if you just hover over the menu options.
but if you click on a menu option, and go to the page linked to that option, the white box comes back!
i was wondering, is this theme really complicated or are they all like this? i know this is a rhetorical question… but it just seems that it is like pulling teeth to do extremely simple things. it really is very hard to tell, between the html that is partly wp built in stuff, and partly the html that relates to the theme, and its related and very complex css, and added to that all the javascript stuff… how and what is going to happen… particularly when you test against very browsers and smartphones.
not for the faint of heart, i will say that!

okay. i fixed the problem by eliminating the needle img i had up on the left right hand side before. all is well is well, except for safari. i have no idea what this means…

Hmmm, Safari on Windows. That hasn’t been updated in quite a while. I’m not sure I know of anyone using it.
I would try clearing the cache and cookies and then taking another look at things.

okay. in which case i will consider it resolved, since apparently few use Safari on Windows, and it has been deprecated as a browser on the MS platform. thanks again!
