eliminating duplicate Comment prompt
-
Using Cutline, not CSS capable.
I want to allow Comments but do not want to display the “Leave a Comment” prompt that appears after the date below a post heading. Google sees the prompt and puts it up front in their search response where it is just pollution. The prompt at the bottom of each post is sufficient. Is it possible for me to eliminate the upper prompt?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We cannot edit our templates at wordpress.com. As you are inclined to think along these lines I have posted additional links below so you clearly comprehend the limitations here at wordpress.com, and know that if you want control over your template then you must hire a web host and move to self hosting a wordpress.org install on your own domain.
