Eliminating “home” page

  I want to eliminate the html link that produces my “home” page and the comment I get that says what I’m looking for can’t be found. Any help what html to delete without upsetting other page properties?

  The “Home” link you see is built into your theme. As such, it cannot be modified or removed. The error you see occurs because you do not have any published posts for your blog to display (your home page will, be default, show your latest posts). If you do not wish to use posts, you can set a static front page for your blog from Settings -> Reading.
