Eliminating "home" tab.

  I do not want a home tab on my blog. I simply want a single tab, which I currently have titled “Ahoy!” to appear on my blog site. How do I eliminate the home tab?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Use a different theme that doesn’t have a Home tab.
