Eliminating Padding Space

    I am trying to eliminate the space below (where the red arrows are pointing) so that the image (group of people) sits right on the line and not floating in space.

    Since I can’t upload images…

    I am referring to the banner were the copy reads “Orchestrating a New…” and the group image.

    I can not seem to find the padding/spacing to remove underneath the photo so that the image sits directly at the bottom of the area instead of floating in the box.
