Hi, I have a big issue. Trying to log in my administartion panel of the website elmolinohotel and it is showing me that password is incorrect, when I try to reset my pasword, the activation link is coming to my email but this link is not working as well and I can’t reset my password. The person who switch my website desapeared and I don’t know how to get the server and how everything works here. I ever have access to wordpress account because this guy had access to everything. Can you help me please

What is the full address of the site you’re trying to access? I assume you’re not speaking of http://elmolinohotelcom.wordpress.com/, as that site was only created today, along with the account you’re using to post here.
If you’re trying to log into the dashboard of a site built with the open source WordPress software, then we cannot help you, as we have no control over your login details for that site. The login credentials for self-hosted WordPress sites are stored in the site database on your hosting provider’s servers, and have nothing at all to do with WordPress.com.
In that case, please see the password reset instructions for that version of WordPress at the link below, and contact your hosting provider directly should you need any further help.
