I had created two domains with the same email, could I have the domain separately, I mean, keep one with the same reference email, and could I have the second with a different email account? I need to administrate them individually. Thank you!

Currently, it looks like you have two domains on your account:
eenergymx.com (eenergymx.wordpress.com)
and
somoscientificos.org (somoscientificos.wordpress.com)
They’re attached to completely different WordPress.com blogs (in parenthesis). So, you should be able to manage the content separately. Can you explain what you’re unable to do with the current setup?
An alternative would be to setup one domain and site under a completely different user account that we would create. If you would like to go that route, please let me know!

Thank you for your answer. Yes, I think I would rather have the somoscientificos.org domain with a different user account. Actually, I already have the new user email to relate the domain with.
Could you please help me with the procedure to setup the domain and site to the new user account?

Sure! Just to confirm, you would like to transfer ownership of the blog somoscientificos.wordpress.com and the domain somoscientificos.org to this new user account. Is that correct? Would you like me to leave your current account (eenergymx) as a user on the blog as well or leave only the new user?
Just let me know the answers to the above questions and the email/username for the new account, and I’ll get it transferred right away!

Not a problem. I can make this happen. One note, I didn’t see a user account with the username you mentioned or the email you included just yet. I went ahead and created one for you. You should have received login instructions to that address. Can you login and let me know if you have any trouble?

I could access it from somoscientificos.org, great!But when I accessed with other user eenergymx, I still have access to two domains, please tell if I am wrong but I thought I will have access to each one only by one user account.

When someone fills out the contact form on your site, the notification is sent to the email address on file for the user listed as the creator of the page/post. In this case, your contact form was created by the user “eenergymx”. So, the email will be sent to that account.
To receive the notification to your new account, you can re-add the contact form and change the notification preference as outlined here:
