I’d like to set up email, like (email visible only to moderators and staff). I bought the ashwoodfarmhouse.com domain through wordpress. How do I set this up?

Sure! If you want to set up that email you can go one of two ways. The easiest way would be to use our Email Forwarding system. This will allow you to use your personal email so that any emails sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) would go to your personal email. Just a note, when you reply to these emails, the recipient will see your personal email. Take a look at the link for more information.
If you want full email hosting, we don’t provide that, but if you set one up, you can add custom records to your domain so that your email will work. Take a look at this guide for more information:

I am not self hosted, will that make a difference? I do not have access to My Domains. =/

If you log into your site you will find your My Domains page by going to Store > My Domains. Here is the direct link:
