  Hi

  I have the domain http://www.smart-bauen.ch I bought from a different provider as it looks like there was no other possibility to buy a .ch domain from wordpress.

  The domain is set as the main address of my wordpress webpage.

  I would like to use email within this domain. Unfortunately my provider home.pl and zoho seem not to support this solution when a domain is already redirected to wordpress dns.

  Have you got any solutions for this issue?

  Hi Jan,

  We have steps for setting up your domain with Zoho mail here:

  Add Email Through Zoho Mail

  Those steps are the same whether the domain was registered at WordPress.com, or if the domain was registered elsewhere and then mapped to WordPress.com with name servers.

  It looks like in your Edit DNS you’ve setup the CNAME record for verification, but have not yet setup the MX record.

  Sometimes Zoho mail will give you an error that “the domain can’t be verified and that you should try the HTML method instead” — it just means the CNAME record for verification hadn’t been set long enough. Check out step #10 in that support link.

  After that verification step, you’ll just need to setup the MX records as show in steps #11-14 in that link. And email begins working after MX records have been set for about four hours.
