You can either post it evry time you post or you can link your wordpress.com username to your blog. The latter is very easy to do.Dashboard > Users > Your Profile. Scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ and fill in the complete URL address of your blog and then click ‘Update Profile‘.

I agree with dreamsburnred. The contact form is the best way to go because it’s safe. If you post an email address in the normal format on your blog you will be inviting email address harvesting spam bots to harvest it. The result is a deluge of crap email. Howeve, you can use other methods to post it that spam bots won’t get http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2007/10/18/eluding-email-address-spam-bots/
The email address image can be placed on your PSA page. If you don’t want to place there you can place it in an image widget or in a text widget and posted in your sidebar http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/image-widget/
