the Mx record they are telling me to use mx.mydomain.com wordpress will not allow me to save that.
This is the error I am getting: We can’t save these records because they don’t look right to us. Check the errors below. Please contact support if you are unable to resolve the problem. Please help!!! -

Could you send over the instructions which they gave you? Also what company are you hosting email with? That may help us with knowing exactly what records need to be put in for your MX records.

I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I could see that domain ‘acurvygirlsjourney.com’ is pointing to WordPress nameserver. So we cannot update the MX record from our end. Please contact your nameserver provider to update the MX record to mx.mydomain.com .Please Help!!!!

Hi there,
I would love to help, but “mx.mydomain.com” is not a real set of mx records. They might mean “mx.acurvygirlsjourney.com.” but we would also need an IP address to go along with it.
If you can get from them the IP address, that would be great.
