It looks like the email subscription was deactivated in January; that’s why your email address doesn’t work. Do you remember the password to the account where you purchased it? If so, please log into that account and change the email address. You’ll also be able to renew or re-purchase your custom email.
If you don’t remember the password, please look for a recent transaction ID for one of your subscriptions. Email that number to
passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Do not post it here, as these are public forums. Thanks!
