Have you checked your spam folder? Mails at times land up in Junk/Spam folders.
In case you are using Gmail, go through these gmail issues
https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/If everything seems right and still you are having issues then add modlook tag in sidebar for staff assistance.

Please confirm that the email address here https://wordpress.com/me/account is correct.

It’s possible that your employer or school network is blocking our emails from coming through. I’ve sent another email, please let me know if you receive it. Adding WordPress.com as a contact to the email account may help it come through to your inbox.
