  I have an email already established. I have my site through big black bag. Is it possible if I create a site with wordpress, that I can somehow keep my current email? I tried signing up with googles G Suite but I messed up and now I’m confused and can’t get logged in anywhere and can’t seem to get help. I just need to keep my email.

  Hi Sheryl –

  Yes, you can use your current G Suite email with the domain still if you move it over to WordPress.com. What is the domain?

  my domain is sheryllynn.net. I bought it through another company

  No problem. You may need to keep renewing g-suite through that company, or ask them to transfer it back to Google.

  But in the meantime, once you add the domain here, we can help you set up the correct DNS settings so that the email and what not will work here.

  Also I just tried double checking your current mail settings; they don’t seem quite right. Would you be willing to contact Google or your current reseller to ensure what DNS settings you will need?

  We can help you add them here once you’ve added a domain to your account. Once the correct settings are in place here, you can log into your domain provider and point the domain to our servers.
