  Email support is a feature of our paid plans. Your account hasn’t created a site on WordPress.com yet so what is the address of the one you need help with?

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post.

  I can check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.
