  Hello @creedgray8,

  I am afraid to tell you but it seems you’re in the wrong forum.
  I checked and found that your website is using name servers that aren’t associated with WordPress.com.

  This support forum assists users of the WordPress.com platform.

  For help with your site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to look over to https://wordpress.org/support where you will find members having more experience with the software you are using.

  If you don’t have a username on the Org forums you can register one on the top of that page.
