  Folks who are logged in to WordPress.com will notice a button that says “Follow” which hovers near the bottom-right of your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/

  For everyone else, we have the Follow Blog widget, which can be placed in any widget area and is pretty hard to miss: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
