Hi, I used to be able to read the mails I received at the adress (email visible only to moderators and staff), but cannot anymore, since the magazine is not anymore available on your platform.
The thing is, years ago, I registered this adress on my instagram and facebook account, and I am now tryingto get them both back, but I can’t, since the mails sent by both platforms are supposed to arrive at the adress (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I changed my mail adress on this platform and put the one I now use, but that didn’t help.
Could you please help me access my mails? -

I checked and the email you provided is not connected to a WordPress.com account. Is that you are referring to – trying to regain access to an account with that email?

Thank you for your answer.No, the creator of the magazine at the time, provided us the mail adress and the wordpress account so we could post our articles.
I want to access the mail adress, to read the mails unlink it to fb and instagram and then close it, but can’t, and don’t know on which platform I should try or ask.
If you could help or redirect me, that would be wonderful.

We do not provide email hosting so we wouldn’t be able to help you with that. The domain higher-mag.com is registered with GoDaddy so maybe they can point you in the right direction with this.
To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
